During the Senate Hearing on Fake News - Ms. Jover Laurio was lucky to have face to face with Senator Sotto. It was then her most lucky day because the Senate has confirmed her as a Fake News Blogger. 

On Jover's blog, Senator Sotto found Jover's blog as "Fake News Headlines" read as "We Refused to Sign." Senator Sotto told her: We did not refuse to sign because "We were not asked to sign". Senator Sotto was referring to a resolution in conjunction to the EJK investigation.

While watching the video, aking napagtanto na si Ms. Jover Laurio ay may #BadBreath dahil ang lumalabas sa kaniyang bunganga ay puno ng malisya at kasinungalingan.

CJ Sereno's Comment 'Ako Bahala' Ignores The Code of Judicial Conduct

CJ Sereno was caught and was quoted saying: Ako Bahala

According to the Code of Judicial Conduct - "Judges of courts including Associate Justices and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall not knowingly while proceeding is before or could come before them make any comment that might be resonably be expected to affect the outcome of such proceeding or impair the manifest fairness of the process."

During the CJ Sereno Impeachment Hearing on January 23, 2018 at the Lower House, Justice Remedios Salazar Fernando - one of the resource persons has testified that CJ Sereno was caught and quoted saying "Ako Bahala" when she had a meeting with the former presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals Justice Reyes now who is one of the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court - told Justice Fernando about what CJ Sereno's comment "Ako Bahala."

That said comment of CJ Sereno "Ako Bahala" showed that she disregarded the "Strict Demand of the Code of Judicial Conduct" mentioned above. "Ako Bahala" had become the hot subject of the discussion among the Congressmen and Justice Fernando during the Impeachment Hearing against CJ Sereno.

As Justice Fernando narrated her testimony she said that she was told by former presiding of CA Justice Reyes - that CJ Sereno told him that surely CJ Sereno will protect the Court of Appeals and will not abandone the court during her meeting with Justice Reyes.

And further told by Justice Reyes that CJ Sereno has instructed him to tell the three Justices of the Court of Appeals who were at that time faced the controversy regarding the "Amnesia Six" also known the "Ilocos Six" to file the necessary petition for prohibition with the TRO with the Supreme Court with her comment 'Ako Bahala.'

Ngayon nangyari na ang kinakatakutan ni Rappler noong nakaraang taon. Last year pa pala na ang Rappler ay dapat isa-ilalim sa kategoryang Social Media Entity. At nangyari na nga ito this year 2018 nang e-revoked ng SEC ang rehistro at lisensha ng Rappler website.

Ayon sa news ng Radyo Mindanao Network (RMN) ng Pilipinas, ang Rappler ay puwede parin naman mag-operate yon nga lang as blogging platform. Ang kaniyang mga journalists, writers o contributors will be categorized as bloggers.

As a Social Media Entity, ang mga bloggers ng Rappler puwede parin mag cover ng mga news patungkol kay Pangulong Duterte at mga kaganapan sa Malacanang. Subali't mangyayari lang ito kung ang Rappler under the CEO Maria Ressa ay maga-apply ng Accreditation Permit mula sa Office of Asec Mocha Uson.

Passport on Wheels Umaarangkada na Po

Ang Passport on Wheels ay handa na po at katunayan nagsimula na po mag travel sa mga bayan o barangay na meron at least 500 and above na mga maga apply ng passport. Ito ay programa ng DFA under Sec Cayetano at sa bagong administrasyon ni Pangulong Duterte para mapabilis ang proseso sa pagkuha ng passport.

Ang gagawin po ng gustong kumuha ng passport through the Passport on Wheels ay magsadya po kayo sa inyong municipal mayor. Ipaalam po ninyo sa inyong mayor na kayo ay kukuha ng passport sa pamamagitan nitong Passport on Wheels. At alamin niyo na rin po sa inyong munisipyo kung anong mga dokumento ang kakailanganin at magkano ang magagastos.

Ayon kay Usec Ms. Mocha Uson kapag umabot at least 500 applicants, ang inyong mayor ang kokontak sa Passport on Wheels para sadyain kayo. Ibig sabihin nito hindi na kayo pupunta sa DFA o maga apply online. Watch the video above for details.

Isa sa pinakauna na nagbigay ng kaniyang reactions nang tanggalin ni SEC ang rehistro ni Rappler ay si Senator Francis Pangilinan - ang presidente ng Liberal Party (LP) ng Pilipinas. He immediately calls for people to come together in wake of Security of Exchange Commission's (SEC) rulings as he believes that Rappler is one of the most prominent voices for truth-telling ang journalistic integrity na kabaliktarin sa pinaniniwalaan ng mahigit 21 milyong Filipinong sumuporta kay Pangulong Duterte.

Ayon sa mga balitang mababasa sa iba't ibang pahayagan tulad ng Rappler, Inquirer, ABS-CBN news online, GMA news online at iba pang news sites online - I quote on "January 11, 2018, the SEC ordered the revocation of Rappler's certificate of incorporation and sought the DOJ to take appropriate action."

The reason why the SEC revoked Rappler's registration was because the SEC found Rappler violated constitutional restrictions on ownership and control of mass media entities. However, kahit tinanggalan na ang Rappler ng rehistro o lisensha to operate, ang Rappler ay nanindigan to continue to defend and uphold the freedom of speech.
