So basically while listening to it, the outbreak of similar emotion and feelings can take place in the mind of the listeners. It might be a feeling of joy, sadness, loneliness, recollection of some special event from the listeners' own memories. So it is totally normal to experience a strong gust of emotions and express it with some kind of actions like a smile or even crying. It's perfectly normal, and it means that anyone can totally feel and enjoy the particular song or music.

The said survey of Pulse Asia was conducted last September 24-30, 2017. The survey shows that among the government officials - President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is still the most approved, the most trusted government official in the Philippines today with an approval rating of 80% and a trusted rating of 80%.

Below is results of the Pulse Asia Survey for the following government officials representing the Executive, legislative and Judicial, namely:

• President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received 80% trust rating and 80% approval rating
• Vice President Leni Robredo got 55% trust rating and 57% approval rating
• Senate President Pimentel garnered 52% trust rating and 55% approval rating
• Speaker of Lower House Alvarez got 31% trust rating and 33% approval rating
• Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno received 31% trust rating and 35% approval rating

Ernesto Abella Jr. Presidential Spokesperson "Despite the multi-faceted political noise, President Duterte is still the most approved, the most trusted government official in the Philippines today. It was on Sept. 13, 2017, the House committee found the impeachment complaint filed by Lorenzo Gadon - "Sufficient in Form and Substance" - giving the way for the panel to hear the charges against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.

Habang pinapanood ko si Chief Justice Sereno, napakakalmante niya - ang kaniyang face expression at ang kaniyang pananalita - habang kaniyang pinabubulaanan ang mga charges laban sa kaniya. Ayon sa kaniya her impeachment was based on "false and flimsy grounds”. In that case dapat lamang na harapin niya ang Impeachment complaint tulad ni former Chief Justice Corona.

What we would expect then, if impeached, Chief Justice Sereno would be the second Chief Justice to face her fate following her predecessor. Former Renato Corona was impeached in December 2011 and found guilty by the Senate in May 2012 for failing to disclose his real wealth in his SALN.

When Father Robert Reyes Said 'Ang Droga Hindi Crime', I Viewed It He's Politically Correct

Don't get me wronged guys. I have no intention to defend Father Robert Reyes. I just feel it that he was correct when he said "Ang droga hindi crime". If I had to analyze it deeper, the word "droga" and "crime" are two different words with different meanings. So that I had to google it for their meanings, psychological effects, impact and effects on society including the drug related crimes which can be read below.

What is (droga) drug? A drug is any substance that, when inhaled, injected, smoked, consumed, absorbed via a patch on the skin, or dissolved under the tongue causes a physiological change in the body.

Drug addiction come from the reason the user is addicted to drugs, as well as the changes that take place in the brain once a person becomes a drug addict. Other psychological effects of drug addiction include: Wild mood swings, depression, anxiety, paranoia, violence.

The negative consequences of drug abuse affect not only individuals who abuse drugs but also their families and friends, various businesses, and government resources. Children of individuals who abuse drugs often are abused or neglected as a result of the individuals' preoccupation with drugs.

Crimes related to drug abuse include stealing to obtain money needed to buy drugs, buying or selling drugs and offenses related to the lifestyle.

Most directly, it is a crime to possess, manufacture, or distribute drugs classified as having a potential for abuse (such as cocaine, heroin, morphine and amphetamines). Drugs are also related to crime as drug trafficking and drug-production are often controlled by drug cartels, organised crime and gangs.

What is crime? Legal Definition. An act or omission that violates the law and is punishable by a sentence of incarceration. See also felony, misdemeanor, offense, and violation. anticipatory crime.

Categorization of crimes by type

The following classes of offences are used, or have been used, as legal terms of art:

• Offence against the person
• Violent offence
• Sexual offence
• Offence against property

Researchers and commentators have classified crimes into the following categories, in addition to those above:

Nang sabihin ni Padre Reyes na "Ang Droga Hindi Crime" he did not specify what particular drug. At yong mga nakabasa, nakarinig ay agad nag-jump sa kanilang conclusion at agad ipinako siya sa Krus and of course, hindi ko rin masisi sila dahil sa simula paman itong si Padre Reyes at lahat ng mga Dilawan ay against sa "War on Drugs" ni Pangulong Duterte. Kahit ako nang mabasa ko itong sinabi ni Father Reyes doon sa isa kong Facebook group na kinabibilangan agad ako nagkomento nang ganito: "He is an idiot" na hindi ko muna inunawa ang kaniyang sinabi.
