If Death Warrant is Practiced in Philippines, The Drug Problems and Other Heinous Crimes in The Country Might Cease Promptly

Sa unang bugso ng damdamin Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero was right to say that a search or arrest warrant can be served to drug suspects but not a 'death warrant'. Kaya seguro nasabi niya yon dahil he's a friend na malapit sa puso sa pamilyang Parojinog - and who knows baka ang pamilya Parojinog was one of those who supported him on his candidacy for VP position in May 2016 polls - ignoring the rights of the police team to depend themselves against those suspects who have resisted the police operation in serving arrest warrants that resulted of 15 people dead.

The above photo tells us how close is Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero sa mag-amang Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog na isa sa mga namatay during the police raid operation at VM Nova Princess Parojinog Echaves na kasalukuyan ay nakakulong kasama ang isa niyang kapatid na lalake.

Sa naging reaction ni Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero ay nagbigay daan sa akin para ma-educate ako kung ano ang pagkakaiba sa Search Warrant to Arrest Warrant and to Death Warrant. Below are the definitions of the said terms.

Search warrants are governed by Art. III, Section 2 of our Philippine Constitution. A search warrant is an order in writing, issued in the name of the People of the Philippine Islands, signed by a judge or a justice of the peace, and directed to a peace officer, commanding him to search for personal property and bring it before the court.

An arrest warrant is a warrant issued by a judge or magistrate on behalf of the state, which authorizes the arrest and detention of an individual. For more details about the term visit the website's link Batas Natin.

An execution warrant (also called death warrant or black warrant) is a writ that authorizes the execution of a judgment of death on an individual. An execution warrant is not to be confused with a "license to kill", which operates like an arrest warrant but with deadly force instead of arrest as the end goal. For details visit the link Death Warrant.

Looking at the above terms and their definitions - I much favored for the Death Warrant. Death Warrant should be practiced in Philippines. It can be the best solution to end the drug problems in the country side.

  1. Seguro kung ang Death Warrant ay practiced na sa Pilipinas, sa palagay ko walang pagtataguan ang mga Untouchable Dragons and DrugLords...
