Once again Senator Trillanes has left a remarkable record in the Senate floor that made him an instant celebrity when he asked Vice Mayor Paolo (Pulong) Duterte of Davao City to strip out his upper shirt because he believed that VM Duterte has a "Colored Dragon Like Figure Tattoo" tattooed on his back imposed to every Triad Syndicate member. He asked Pulong for many times but the good son of President Duterte rejected Trillanes' request by insisting it that he has the "Right for Privacy" that cannot be ignored as per the Philippine Constitution.
On that day, Senator Trillanes has become the laughing-stock of the Philippine Congress as well as the whole Philippines and the world and yet, still he faced it by playing unaffected by the situation that he - himself has purposely created.
