Marcos-Robredo Electoral Protest '263,473' Will Compensate The Panel of Commissioners from PHP10,000 to PHP15,000 per Day

Because of these numbers 263,473 - the recounting of votes for the Vice Presidency position is expected to happen very soon which is found as the best solution to give justice for Marcos - who believed he was cheated by his opponent Robredo during the May election that happened a year ago in Philippines history, and through the Marcos-Robredo Electoral Protest justice will be served accordingly to both Marcos and Robredo's camps.

Ayon sa COMELEC - Robredo garnered votes of 14,418,817 while Marcos got 14,155,344 votes.

Sabi nga po under the administration of President Duterte, transparency is the best policy at tayong mga Filipinong bumoto as "Partners For Change" ay may karapatan na malaman ang totoo.

Now in conjunction of the Electoral Protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo, the PET (Presidential Electoral Tribunal) has appointed retired Supreme Court Associate Justice Jose C. Vitug as the chairperson of the panel of commissioners. His members are Atty. Angelito C. Imperio and Atty. Irene Ragodon-Guevarra.

According to PET, The commissioners will decide unanimously to every extent possible, provided that in the event of failure to reach a unanimous decision, the majority decision shall prevail. The panel of commissioners, will assist in the reception of evidence pursuant to the PET rules. Under the rules, the panel will set the date for the reception of evidence of all the parties involved in the protest and counter-protest. The same panel will receive the affidavits of witnesses and hear their direct testimonies of witnesses as well as their cross, re-direct and re-cross examination. The hearing commissioners also has the authority to rule on the objects made in the course of the cross-examination subject to review by the PET. The chairperson will receive a compensation of PHP15,000 per day of hearing or service while the members shall receive a PHP10,000 per day of hearing or service.
