On September 21, 2017, we saw it. We witnessed it, how our wise President Duterte has unmasked all of his dissenters. They were the people from the different sectors of society that according to Ms. Jessica Sojo of GMA7 - the protesters belonged to the leftist group, rightist group and other opponents from an established church, political party and other government workers who always opposed President Duterte's leadership. But we, the observers identified them as Anti-Duterte also known the "YellowShits".
It was indeed a wise decision for President Duterte by declaring the 21st of September this year as the "National Day of Protest" because on that day, he ably recognized and unmasked all of his dissenters - who were allegedly believed that they would utilize September 21st to destabilize his government as well as to kick him off from the presidency position. And the said plan to oust President Duterte did not materialize simply because - the Yellows' call did not convince the Filipino people to join them.
On the other side of the coin - there were protesters who were identified as pro-Duterte. They were united in one voice. By rain or shine, by thick and thin - they are always there to support and protect the president because they believed that President Duterte is the right person to lead the country and he was officially elected by the Filipino people and under his administration - there are lots of great changes happened in the country for the better Philippines and the Filipino people.
