Justices who voted Quo Warranto and removed CJ Sereno said Sereno has violated the requirements on the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN).
The 8 Associate Justices who voted for the Quo Warranto are: Associate Justices Teresita Leonardo de Castro, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Francis Jardeleza, Noel Tijam, Samuel Marites, Andres Reyes and Alexander Gesmundo. For them Quo Warranto was the proper remedy in the ouster of CJ Maria Lourdes Sereno.
