Does Facebook Violate Our Freedom to Express Online by Removing Posts Posted at Their Site?

A day after I shared my blog article to my Facebook profile page, Facebook management has removed it with their reason - it's a spam. However, I reposted it at Facebook with my reason it's not a spam. It was shared directly from my blog site where I first published it and I even included a short message addressed to Mark Zuckerberg.

The message reads "Mr. Mark Zuckerberg attention please, you are the CEO of Facebook and you are doing business in the Philippines. Kindly, respect our civil rights. Do not kill our freedom to express online by removing and blocking posts posted at Facebook to be seen and to be read by our Filipino brothers and sisters around the world. This is about a national issue that every Filipino in the world should know what is happening in the Philippines."

Does Facebook violate our freedom to express online by removing posts posted at their site?

Protection of individual rights is highlighted in the Bill of Rights under Article III of the Philippine Constitution. To effectively protect these individual rights, Article 32 was included in the Civil Code. Article 32 reads: Any public officer or employee, or any private individual, who directly or indirectly obstructs, defeats, violates or in any manner impedes or impairs any of the following rights and liberties of another person shall be liable to the latter for damages such as Freedom of speech, Freedom to write for the press or to maintain a periodical publication et, etc.

Facebook is Sick, Needs a Doctor to Treat Her Illness Mark Zuckerberg Attention Please

Until now, I don't understand what logic Facebook is trying to push through. I thought the people working with the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg are well trained and are using highly sophisticated tool to detect sites that are not existing as well as detecting sites violating its Facebook Community Standards. 

The above screenshot contents my explanation - to tell Facebook they committed a wrong decision. Also to tell Mark Zuckerberg that his Facebook people are not working well.

Below is a screenshot of the site which is existing connected to Partner 4 Change Facebook Page. You can see the actual difference between the two sites that look almost the same with their URL links.

https://p4cmardu30.blogspot.com is not the same as https:p4cdu30mar.blogspot.com because p4cmardu30.blogspot.com is an existing site while p4cdu30mar.blogspot.com is not.

Today I am disappointed for knowing that Facebook has blocked the page and its contents to be spread out by Facebook readers and likers who are willing to share its contents to some of their Facebook friends because according to Facebook, a Facebook Page Partner 4 Change is connected to a site p4cdu30mar.blogspot.com that Facebook has blocked.

A Reader's Complaint

Posting the good news to Facebook about our President Duterte and his administration achievements is to tell the whole world about the better Philippines now under the Duterte's leadership and it is the goal of his million supporters and I am one of them.
