If Carlos, The Director of Facebook as he introduced himself is really the right man of Facebook CEO - Mark Zuckerberg - then his message is real. However, I am doubtful simply because - he can actually publish his message to all the Facebook users by publishing it on Facebook publicly but instead, he sent it off to some ten to fifteen FB users only through the FB Messenger. Why? Since then Facebook is working to stop the spread of Fake News on Facebook then Carlos should be investigated as soon as possible. I just hope that this message should reach Mark Zuckerberg for his attention.
