You made the wrong choice of word in your statement: "Duterte sings 'upon the orders' of Trump," which is for me the word 'orders' is wrong choice of word you used. I would rather suggest you - replace 'orders' with the word 'request'.
During that occasion, the whole world had witnessed that President Trump did not order President Duterte to sing instead, he asked and requested Duterte in politely to sing. We all know that our President Duterte is not a puppet president of any powerful world leader of the world.
Also we all know that President Trump is a highly educated individual and is the president of the United States. He does not look Duterte as his subordinate to order him to do what he wanted to. I feel it that he respects Duterte from the bottom of his heart.
