I am too excited to see and watch for the Impeachment Trial against CJ Sereno in the Senate floor as the Lower House who conducted the Impeachment proceedings has already finished cooking the Six (6) Articles of Impeachment against the Chief Justice. I would like to see and watch how Sereno's defense lawyers would defend their client against the prosecution panel.

The six Articles of Impeachment supported with evidences against CJ Sereno is now ready to be served in the Senate Floor Court of 22 to 23 Senators Judges. This is an interesting battle of the brains and reasongings between the prosecution and defense panels. Guys, let me ask you - which of the 6 Articles of Impeachment against CJ Sereno would pin her down?

• Failed to file her SALN 17 times and committed tax fraud through her failure truthfully and accurately declare her income.

• Misused a total amount of php18 million of public funds showing her grandiose sense of self-importance...procurement and purchase of a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser...hiring and engagement of Ms. Macasaet as consultant with excessive compensation, and selection if Shangri-La Boracay as the venue for the 3rd ASEAN Chief Justices Meeting.

• Issued Resolutions and Orders without the approval of, or contrary to what was agreed upon by the Supreme Court En Banc.

• Deliberately and maliciously abused her position as the Chief Justice and ex Officio Chairperson of the Judicial Bar Council...Maliciously manipulated the processes of the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) to exclude then-Solicitor General, now Supreme Court Associate Justice Francis H. Jardeleza from the shortlist of nominees.

• Violated the principles of separation of powers among the three branches of government...Deliberately undermining and disrespecting the impeachment proceedings conducted by the House of Representative against her.

• Deliberately failed to comply with her oath of office by tyrannical abuse of discretionary powers.

During the Impeachment proceedings conducted by the Representative of the Lower House against Chief Justice Sereno, the committee found out that CJ Sereno's actions speak of her character - a person who has a strong sense of entitlement, who thirst for unlimited power and who has the propensity to manipulate and exploit others to her advantage.
