President Duterte has put the Bureau of Customs under the Military Control

President Rodrigo Duterte has put the Bureau of Customs under the control of the Arm Forces of the Philippines. Isang utos mula kay pangulo para tuluyan nang masolusyunan ang corruptions na nangyayari mismo sa loob ng Customs.

Ayon pa rin sa kanya, historically ang mga nagtatrabaho sa Customs ay mapepera, kayang magpagawa ng naglalakihang mga bahay o mansion. Kayang bumili ng magagarang sasakyan. Imbis ang pera ay mapupunta sa kaban ng bayan - napupunta yon sa mga corrupt na workers sa Customs.

Kaya ngayon, iniutos ng Pangulo na ang Arm Forces of the Philippines ang siyang mamahala sa Bureau of Customs. Dahil ayon sa kanya marami palang anay nasa loob ng Customs. Good job and smart decision of President Duterte.

The president has all the power to use to replace all corrupt officials or workers in any government department. He can use the Military to take over those corrupt officials and employees.

The Arm Forces of the Philippines are trained not only for battlefields. They are trained as engineers, teachers, accountants, doctors and other imaginable courses. I really agree with this move of President Duterte.

Tiyak na lalo na namang nanggagalaiti sa galit nito ang mga Dilawan. Anyway, ang yelo ay matagal na pong natunaw. Kung ako sa kanila - makiisa na lang sila sa milyon-milyong sumusuporta kay Pangulong Duterte. Total naman kanila rin naman pinakikinabangan ang magandang resulta ng pagtatrabaho ng Pangulo at ng kanyang administrasyon.

Ang kasinungalingan na pagbabalita ay pinagpiyestahan ng mga Yellowtards trolls online at ginawang katawa-tawa ang Pangulong Duterte online. 

Pati si Joma Sison - ang founder ng CPP/NPA ay nakisaw-saw at pinalabas na si Pangulong Duterte ay naghihingalo na dahil po sa pangingitim daw ng kanyang mukha.

Resulta ang buong oposisyon ay masaya dahil sa akala iyon na ang magiging daan para kay Fake VP Robredo to get into the throne of presidendency but they are wrong.

Why concentrate in one battlefield when there are other battlefields where you can use to pin down your opponents?

All these happened at the time Mark Zuckerberg tapped Rappler and Vera Files as Facebook Fact-Checkers. I know also that the Facebook Chief Philippines is a Dilawan - who always opposed President Duterte leadership.

Sa totoo lang po maraming beses na po na suspende ang account ko sa Facebook magmula na si Rappler at Vera Files ang Facebook Fact-Checkers plus pa ng mga sumbong ng mga Dilawan Trolls sa Facebook management. Alam ko ang Facebook ay isa sa pinaka-malakas na social media na gustong-gusto ng mga Pinoy sa Pinas at sa ibayong-dagat. 

Pero kung magkaganon man na gigipitin tayong mga pro-duterte supporters, hindi tayo dapat mabahala. Marami pang social media na pwede nating puntahan tulad ng: VK - iyan ay Russian Facebook social networking site, marami na ring FB users na lumipat doon, meron din Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Linked at Google+. Sabi ko nga po - without Facebook marami pa rin akong mapupuntahan na mga social networking sites.

Why I chose the above 13 aspiring Senatorial candidates for the 2019 Midterm Elections? Si Imee Marcos hindi naging pabaya sa kanyang tungkulin bilang gobernador ng Ilocos. Hinaharap nya ang problema kahit paman kaliwa at kanan ang pagbatikos sa kanya. Si Bong Go - hindi siya naging pabaya sa kanyang tungkulin bilang SAP. Sa hirap at ginhawa lagi siyang kasama ng ating Pangulong Duterte. Hinaharap nya ang anumang klaseng batikos sa kanya ng media at ibang tao. May prinsipyo at paninindigan siya.

Basang-basa nya ang takbo ng isipan ng pangulo. Naka-focus siya sa kanyang trabaho. Marami siyang magagawa sa Senado na makakatulong sa inaasam-asam nating pagbabago.

Marami pa siyang magagawa sa Senado para sa pagbabago. Bakit gusto kong ibalik sila Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada at Bong Revilla sa Senado? Dahil ang nakita ko - sila ay mga biktima ng dating administrasyon ni Noynoy Aquino - tungkol sa pork barrel scam kuno. Pinagtulungan sila para makulong.

Ano ang nagustuhan ko kay Nancy Binay? Siya ay tahimik lang pero medyo may pagka-rock. Sa mga Senador sa kanyang panahon - siya lang ang naglakas loob na ibulgar ang baho at sikreto ni Trillanes. About kay DOC Willie Ong - siya ay matulungin na tao. Kailangan natin ng isang doktor sa Senado na higit na nakaka-unawa patungkol sa healthcare ng tao at paligid. He educates ten of thousands people ng walang bayad through online.

About General Ronald dela Rosa - dahil sa kanya naging matagumpay ang pag-arangkada ng War against Drug hanggang sa kanyang pag retiro bilang hepe ng PNP. Hindi matatawaran ang naging records nya para labanan ang iba't ibang krimen sa bansa. Kung siya ay nasa Senado na - malaki ang magagawa niya para sa pagbabago ng lalung ikagaganda ng kapulisan. Bakit pinili ko si Atty Larry Gadon? Dahil sa kanya nalaman ng sambayanang Pilipino kung paano tayo niloko ng matagal ng USURPER for CJ ng Supreme Court na si Atty. Maria Lourdes Sereno. Kailangan natin tulad kay Atty. Gadon sa Senado. Marami siyang magagawa para sa bansa at mamamayang Pinoy.

I always said that I would be very strict in choosing my Senatorial candidates - they should not ignore what is said in Romans 13: 1-7. And based from my personal observation, I found out that the above aspiring candidates for Senatorial bets for 2019 did not ignore the message of Romans 13: 1-7. That is enough for me. I would also consider this familiar quote and saying that is flying across the Net: "We should judge candidates not by their political party, not by what they say, not by what we think they stand for, but by what they do." Lahat po ng 13 Senatorial candidates ay may mga magagandang bagay na nagawa para sa bayan at sa kapwa Pilipino. And if you found them really deserving for your supports - then help me spread their names across the virtual world.

Does Facebook Violate Our Freedom to Express Online by Removing Posts Posted at Their Site?

A day after I shared my blog article to my Facebook profile page, Facebook management has removed it with their reason - it's a spam. However, I reposted it at Facebook with my reason it's not a spam. It was shared directly from my blog site where I first published it and I even included a short message addressed to Mark Zuckerberg.

The message reads "Mr. Mark Zuckerberg attention please, you are the CEO of Facebook and you are doing business in the Philippines. Kindly, respect our civil rights. Do not kill our freedom to express online by removing and blocking posts posted at Facebook to be seen and to be read by our Filipino brothers and sisters around the world. This is about a national issue that every Filipino in the world should know what is happening in the Philippines."

Does Facebook violate our freedom to express online by removing posts posted at their site?

Protection of individual rights is highlighted in the Bill of Rights under Article III of the Philippine Constitution. To effectively protect these individual rights, Article 32 was included in the Civil Code. Article 32 reads: Any public officer or employee, or any private individual, who directly or indirectly obstructs, defeats, violates or in any manner impedes or impairs any of the following rights and liberties of another person shall be liable to the latter for damages such as Freedom of speech, Freedom to write for the press or to maintain a periodical publication et, etc.

Ayon pa rin sa kanya - ang paglustay nila ng pera ng taong bayan ay may kinalaman para ma-impeach ang dating SC Chief Justice Corona - base sa mga ebidensya na nalikom ng kanilang opisina.

Dapat lang na kasuhan ang mga taong involved sa paglulustay ng pera ng taong-bayan. Hanggat walang pinaparusahan hindi tuluyang matitigil ang pork barreling sa Pilipinas. Ang may kasalanan ay dapat managot at parusahan kahit sinuman siya. Itong non-bailable na kasong DAP na haharapin sa korte ni Noynoy Aquino et al is one of the evidences why the Aquino administration was considered the most corrupt in Philippine history.

Hindi ako manghihinayang na eboto at e-kompanya ko si Ms. Mocha Uson bilang representative ng Kasosyo Party-list sa Kongreso para labanan ang ibang party-lists na ang layunin nila ay pagsamantalahan ang kaban ng bayan at guluhin ang pamumuno ni Pangulong Duterte.

Sa araw ng kanyang pag file ng kanyang candidacy sa Commission on Elections halos maipit na siya sa dami ng taong nakapaligid sa kanya. Ang kanyang mga supporters na sumisigaw ng kanyang pangalan. Pati mga taga media ay habol-habol siya.

Ang  kaniyang adbokasiya ay ipaglaban ang boses ng mga ordinaryong tao at mga OFWs na tinaguriang Modern Day Heroes. At hindi rin nagdalawang isip si Mocha Uson na banggitin ang tungkol sa mga komunistang terrorist sympathizers na party-lists sa kongreso na nakikinabang sa pera ng bayan para pabagsakin ang kasalukuyang gobyerno.

314 Seats Available Elective Positions for The 2019 MidTerm Elections

There are about three hundred fourteen seats 'available elective positions' at which some of the hundreds of aspiring candidates from around the Philippines have already filed at Comelec for their COC and would-be vying to get his/her seat in 2019 MidTerm Elections. Just refer to the attached photo for the numbers of available seats in the MidTerm Elections for the Senators, Party-list Rep and for the District Rep.

For the Senators - there are about 12 seats available and are waiting for the magic 12 who would occupy the 12 seats in the Senate. If they would-be lucky and would-be favored by the million Filipino voters from around the world in the 2019 MidTerm Elections, their 6-year term would last until 2025.

As of this writing, the Philippine Comelec has not yet finalized and published the official listing of the aspiring candidates for Senators, Party-list Representatives and for the District Representatives. May be in a matter of week or two, the Comelec would publish the final listing of candidates and would be opened for public - this is the reason why I did not include yet the names of those candidates who have already filed at Comelec for COC on October 11, 2018.

Of course, this write-up is open for suggestions of your best favored candidates for the Senatorial bets. If you have in your list kindly share them here, at this moment I am also finalizing my listing of the candidates especially for the Senators. However, I would be very strict in choosing my 12 Senatorial candidates - they should not ignore what is said in Romans 13: 1-7.  Ayon sa reports ng UNTV, matapos sumapit ang mandatory retirement age na 70 years old last October 8, 2018, si CJ Teresita J. Leonardo-De Castro tumanggap ng pagpupugay mula sa mga empleyado at kapwa niya mahistrado ng Korte Suprema na may marching band pa - na hindi naranasan ng dating (CJ - USURPER) Atty. Maria Lourdes Sereno.

Kasabay nito, nagpaalam siya sa mga mahistrado at kawani ng Korte Suprema. Kanyang pinasalamatan ang kanyang mga kasamahan - sa sipag nila, dedikasyon at pakikibahagi ng mga ito sa buong panahon ng pamamalagi niya sa Kataas-taasang Hukuman ng Pilipinas na umabot at least sa 10 years and 8 months. 

CJ De Castro said, "I will miss all of you. With this, I say goodbye to all of you. You have given me much memories, to live by the rest of my life. Thank you." 

Sa kanyang talumpati, nabanggit din niya ang ibang mahalaga na kanyang ginawa sa SC gaya ng 'Pagtaas ng sahod at pagbibigay ng Overtime pay sa mga stenographers at mga empleyado ng korte'. 

She said, "I tried my best so that my presence will be most felt not only by the employees of the court but also of our judges and justices nationwide."

I created my personal blog from my own will. Nobody asked me to create such blog and write articles to praise them. They are all created from my own decision and will because I believe President Duterte is the rightful person to lead this country and believe Bongbong Marcos is the real Vice President of the Philippines - but sad to know Bongbong Marcos was a victim of election fraud during the 2016 National Election that until now he is contesting for the truth.

Everyday is a learning process

I talk and hear from others, listen to radio, watch televisions, read newspapers, comics and magazines. I try to share what I am learning. I am strongly believe that information is free and should be known to all. Sometimes I am quoting very useful information from other sources and trying to recognize where they came from. 

I am not obliged to write blog article everyday. I will blog whenever or wherever I want as long as my brain and fingers are up and running. Users of virtual world including myself depend on World Wide Web also called the Web. It is an information space where documents and other web resources are identified by Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), interlinked by hypertext links, and accessible via the Internet.

From MIA to NAIA Now to Be Renamed Back to MIA 'Manila International Airport', The Evidence: Atty Gadon Leading The Petition

Ang pangalan NAIA ay parang isang sumpa na sa tuwing mababasa natin ay nagpapaalala ng isang mapait na kahapon sa mga Filipino na nabuhay ng matagal na panahon na puno ng kasinungalingan at kamangmangan lalo na para sa henerasyon ng Millennials -mga taong ipinanganak noong early 1980s at 1990s kasama na rin ang mga ipinanganak in the early 2000s.

Ayon sa interview kay Atty Gadon who is leading the petition - lumabag si Cory Aquino sa batas ng Pilipinas sa tamang proseso sa pagpalit ng MIA to NAIA - dapat daw pinalampas muna ni Cory ang 10 years mula sa pagkamatay ni Ninoy pero minadali niya - tatlong taon palang agad niyang pinalitan ang ating paliparan sa pangalan ng kanyang asawang si Ninoy Aquino. 

Ebidensya na ang NAIA ay Ibinalik na sa Dati niyang Pangalan na MIA as per the photo above (Manila International Airport): Photo Credits: My Collection Facebook (Note: My Collection is a Facebook user who owned the picture above. However, after he shared the picture at Facebook and has become trending - now he is nowhere to find. Facebook management has removed this picture and I am suspecting Facebook Management has suspended his Facebook account. I felt sad for him. 

Assuming that the picture above is not true - does it really matter? The point I wanted to make here is that - looking at the picture, an idea came into my mind and it pushed me to write this short write-up injected with some ingredients like the interview of Atty. Gadon that educate us that former President Cory Aquino ignored the existing law of this country in changing the established name MIA to NAIA.

Ang Sambayanang Pilipino ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa mga taong gumagawa ng mga hakbang upang maibalik ang dating pangalan ng ating paliparan. It is Atty. Gadon leading the petition online to change NAIA to MIA started in 2017 - pangalang napakasarap pakinggan sa tainga at napakatamis bigkasin ng bibig at dila - ang MIA o Manila International Airport - na sa loob ng higit tatlong dekada, pinilit itong patayin sa puso at sa isipan ng bawat Filipino ng pamilyang Aquino at kanyang mga kaalyado.

Facebook is Sick, Needs a Doctor to Treat Her Illness Mark Zuckerberg Attention Please

Until now, I don't understand what logic Facebook is trying to push through. I thought the people working with the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg are well trained and are using highly sophisticated tool to detect sites that are not existing as well as detecting sites violating its Facebook Community Standards. 

The above screenshot contents my explanation - to tell Facebook they committed a wrong decision. Also to tell Mark Zuckerberg that his Facebook people are not working well.

Below is a screenshot of the site which is existing connected to Partner 4 Change Facebook Page. You can see the actual difference between the two sites that look almost the same with their URL links.

https://p4cmardu30.blogspot.com is not the same as https:p4cdu30mar.blogspot.com because p4cmardu30.blogspot.com is an existing site while p4cdu30mar.blogspot.com is not.

Today I am disappointed for knowing that Facebook has blocked the page and its contents to be spread out by Facebook readers and likers who are willing to share its contents to some of their Facebook friends because according to Facebook, a Facebook Page Partner 4 Change is connected to a site p4cdu30mar.blogspot.com that Facebook has blocked.

Facebook is sick, needs a doctor to treat her illness, Mark Zuckerberg attention please, you are the CEO of Facebook and you are doing business in the Philippines. Kindly, respect our civil rights. Do not kill our freedom to express online by removing and blocking posts posted at Facebook to be seen and to be read by our Filipino brothers and sisters around the world.

Posting the good news to Facebook about our President Duterte and his administration achievements is to tell the whole world about the better Philippines now under the Duterte's leadership and it is the goal of his million supporters and I am one of them.
