Nobody can question sa pagmamahal ng isang ama sa kanyang mga anak. Pinatunayan ito ni Pangulong Duterte nang kanyang pirmahan nang walang pag-aalinlangan ang Republic Act No. 11921 known as "Magna Carta Of The Poor" on April 12, 2019 - a month before the Midterm elections on May 13, 2019. 

RA No. 11921 is a move to help provide the poor Filipinos with the means to meet their basic necessities and would require government agencies and departments to give the million poor Filipinos full access to all services of the government.

The said law on Magna Carta Of The Poor (RA No.11921) dictates that the poor will be classified as persons with below poverty income level as defined by NEDA (National Economic Development Authority). And those persons with below poverty income level will enjoy the following rights: (1.) Right to Food, (2.) Right to Decent Work, (3.) Right to Education, (4.) Right to Decent Housing and (5.) Right to Good Health.

At ayon na rin sa mga lumalabas na mga news both on prints and online news - itong "Magna Carta Of The Poor" ay unang nailatag in 2013 pa pangunguna ni Senator Loren Legarda et al and was submitted to former President Noynoy Aquino for his approval and signature but Noynoy Aquino refused to sign it with his reasons - "Walang pera ang gobyerno, at walang kakayahan ang kanyang gobyerno para gastusan ito."
