Arnold Galabin Ebarsabal one of Young Filipinos appeals to President Duterte

Yesterday, I received an interesting letter intended to President Duterte through (PresDuterte PenWarior - a Facebook Community Page) from Mr. Arnold Galabin Ebarsabal - one of our young Filipinos appealing to President Duterte for a Constitutional Reform for the good of our country.

In his letter, he highlighted the following: Liberalize Economy, Evolving Federalism and Parliamentary System. Mr. Ebarsabal lives in Sergio Osmeña Sr., Zamboanga Del Norte, Philippines. He studied BS in Computer Engineering at Saint Vincent's College, Dipolog City - Class of 2012.

Below is the contents of his letter.

We need you sir. We need constitutional reform for the Good of our country. Please consider our appeal listed below.

(1.) Liberalize Economy. We need to abolish 60/40 provision in our constitution to generate more jobs. At the same time, we need to get rid 60/40, so that the Oligarchs cannot control us because they will have now competitors.

(2.) Evolving Federalism - so that the jobs that will generate from "1" will spread out across the different Regions in the country not just in Manila.

(3.) Parliamentary System. We need stable government, no more gridlocks, more accountable, more democratic, less corruption, and we need a system to ensure good leaders. We need parliamentary system. These are the answers we thought to help solve all of our problems today, especially the Electoral System.
