By way of #Blocking a member is actually the most #Cruel punishment given to him or to her by an Admin. It is done when a member is continuing ignoring the prescribed #GroupRules that every member should adhere at. Please note: When you see the name of the member is in Grey/Gray Color, there are 3 meanings for it. #Unavailable, #RemovedFromTheGroup and#AlreadyBlocked.
If you members saw a name in grey/gray color - it means he or she is in the status as #Unavailable and is not in the member list but he or she can still visit and comment and post items.
That method is use by members who do not want to be controlled and be identified by an Admin or a Moderator of a group by blocking the Admin or the Moderator (they are the one who blocked the Admin or the Moderator).
But even though he/she is clever and wise, still the Admin has all the power and ways to detect where he/she is hiding inside the group premises, and it is the Admin or the Moderator's prerogative to either remove him/her from the group or to block them as the last justification but it is the worse punishment.
Other meaning of (grey/gray color) is - he or she is already removed from the group and yet still he/she can rejoin again through a new member request.
The third meaning of (grey/gray color) is that - he or she is already blocked from the group - this is the most cruel punishment to any member who has ignored the #GroupRules.
However, he or she can still join with the group but he/she would go back to basic by registering a new account to Facebook and he/she should use his/her new Facebook account to join with the group.
