While Emergency Procedures are plans of actions to be conducted in a certain order or manner, in response to an emergency event.

Artificial Respiration - Rescue Breathing Technique

Artificial Respiration is to be used for a person who has ceased due to drowning choking, electric shock or other causes. Below is a list of emergency procedures such as:

1. Wipe out any fluid vomitus, mucus or other objects from the mouth with fingers. Be certain to reach into the throat with finger in case there is an object blocking the throat. Remove clothing to expose chest.
2. Place person on his back, place hand or soft object under neck and keep the head tilted back as far as possible.
3. Grasp the angles of the jaw below the ears and lift the jaw so that it just forward. This will keep the tongue away from the back of the throat, so that air can get in. 
4. Pinch nose with your fingers and blow breath into mouth with smooth, steady action until the chest is felt of seen to rise.
5. Remove your mouth. Allow lungs to empty. This action should be repeated at the normal breathing rate, i.e. 12-15 times a minute.
6. The purpose is to make the chest move as it would normally.
7. Have someone contact a physician.

What Method Should We Use to Prove That There was One Day Missing in The Universe

At Joshua, the sun hasted not to go down about a whole day. At 2Kings, the shadow of the sun returned backward 10 degrees. If the story written in the Holy Bible about the missing day in the Universe is not true – why until now those sections found in the Book of Joshua and 2Kings are still available?

I often heard from people that what was written in the Holy Bible was a myth especially about the missing day in the Universe. Last Sunday my attention was focused on the Book of Joshua and 2Kings. From those readings I found them interesting and I even had converted degrees into minutes, hours and day - to prove that what were written in the Holy Bible could be possibly true.

A Day is Equals to 360 Degrees

A day is equivalents to 360 degrees. Twenty-four hours are equal to 1,440 minutes. From these equivalents, we can determine that there was really a missing day in the Universe which was believed by many that it was only a fictitious story and that the Holy Bible is keeping false records of what happened during the biblical period and what were told in the Book of Joshua and 2Kings.

What The Book of Joshua and 2Kings Tell Us?

If you read the Holy Bible – you might also have scanned those sections that tell “The sun stood still and the moon stayed — and hasted not to go down about a whole day”. It can be read at (Old Testament, Book of Joshua, Chapter 10, verses 12-13) and that about a whole day is equivalents to 350 degrees.

While in 2Kings, Chapter 20 verse 8 to verse 11 - Hezekiah asked for a sign as proof. Isaiah said “Do you want the sun to go ahead 10 degrees, or go back 10 degrees?"

Hezekiah replied, “It is nothing for the sun to go ahead 10 degrees, but let the shadow return backward 10 degrees.” 

Isaiah spoke to the Lord and the Lord brought the shadow ten degrees backward!

Suggestion: If you hold a Holy Bible and you want to know the reason "Why The Sun Stands Still?" 

Look for the Book of Joshua in the Old Testament and read Joshua Chapter 10 starting verse 1 to verse 15. It was written in verse 13 - "So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies". The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.

Conversion of Degrees to Minutes, Hours and Day

At Joshua the sun hasted not to go down about a whole day which was equals to 350 degrees or equivalents to 23 hours and 20 minutes. At 2Kings, the shadow of the sun returned backward 10 degrees or equivalents to 40 minutes. So if we will add the 350 degrees + 10 degrees, the sum is 360 degrees.

Based from the given - One degree = 4 minutes. If we will multiply 360 degrees by 4 minutes, they are equal to 1,440 minutes. And if we will divide the 1,440 minutes by 60 minutes, they are equal to 24 hours.

At Joshua there were 350 degrees and if multiplied by 4 minutes they are equal to 1,400 minutes. At 2Kings there were 10 degrees and if multiplied by 4 minutes they are equal to 40 minutes. Now 1,400 minutes plus 40 minutes are equal to 1,440 minutes which are equivalent to a whole day. Are you still doubtful about the Bible records?

Our support for President Duterte and our fight with the president is for the love of our country and to our countrymen. We will not allow the biased media and other potential enemies to manipulate us and to corrupt our minds. We will not allow to be ruled once again by another insensitive and a Puppet Leader, never again. The 31 years should be enough - this country and the Filipino people have been fooled by those Puppet Leaders selected by Oligarchs.

Our president is fighting drugs which is a pandemic to our country. He is fighting terrorists, fighting narco-politicians, fighting corruption and fighting for a better Philippines.There are many ways to fight back against President Duterte's Detractors. One is to tell the world about the truth nothing but the truth under the Duterte's Leadership. The other one is to give our 100% support to our beloved President Duterte.

It exchanges oxygen and carbon dioxide using the crassulacean acid metabolism process, unique because few plant species have adapted it. It allows them to withstand drought. The microscopic pores on the plant's leaves, called the stomata and used to exchange gases, are only opened at night to prevent water from escaping via evaporation in the hot sun. As a result, oxygen is released at night, unlike most plants that only exchange gases during the day.

President Duterte: Do What is Best for The People

"Do what is best for the people" was the directive of President Duterte to the Consultative Committee (ConCom) headed by former Chief Justice Reynato Puno in drafting the Federal Constitution of the Philippines.

That was on December 7, 2016, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte issued executive order No. 10 which created the Consultative Committee, named each member and tasked it to review the 1987 Constitution with the end in view of adopting of Federal form of government.

On February 19, 2018, the Consultative Committee convened at the Philippine International Convention Center, and after some of 144 days of the continues labor, the drafting of the Federal Constitution was completed that according to former Chief Justice Reynato Puno - the Consultative Committee Chairperson, they completed it with the complete independence and the unbiased by any partisans or by any elite interest.

Today, July 9, 2018 marks the historical handover of the proposed Federal Constitution of the Philippines to President Duterte through a handover ceremony at the Rizal Hall, Malacanang Palace.

According to the Consultative Committee Chairperson former Chief Justice Reynato Puno, the design of the draft Constitution which seeks to establish a distinct Federalism in our country, he calls it a 'Bayanihan Federalism" that installs a Federal government, strong enough to hold together the various Federated regions and establishes regions that are socially, politically and economically sustainable. 

They divided the powers of government guided by the Filipino spirits of 'Bayanihan' where both the Federated government and the Federated regions govern the people, lessen competition but more in cooperation and align with the maxim and the welfare of the people is supreme law.

During the handover ceremony, former Chief Justice Reynato Puno has highlighted on his speech the five features of the proposed Federal Constitution as follows:

• First, the draft Constitution democratize our electoral process by prohibiting political dynasties that have long monopolized our elections.
• Second, the draft Constitution did not only level the political playing field but also level the economic playing field.
• Third, the draft Constitution strengthened the institution of government to fight graft and corruption.
• Fourth, the draft Constitution is a pro-poor constitution for the first time in our history.
• Fifth, the draft Constitution established a permanent and in the soluble nation because it recognizes the ethnicity, the culture, religion, customs and traditions, language and distinct identities of our brothers and sisters in the Cordillera and Bangsamoro.

Di po ba nakapagtataka - pagkatapos taasan ang kontribusyon ng PhilHealth, lumabas na milyong-milyong cash bonuses ang pinakawalan ng ahenshang ito para sa kanilang mga opisyal.
