President Duterte Signs The Dismissal of PMA Comptroller  Lt. Col. Hector Maraña During The Launching of Go Negosyo "Pilipinas Angat Lahat" Program at The Rizal Hall in Malacañang Palace 

Nakakapanghinayang isipin ang tagal ng panahon na iginugol ni  Lt. Col. Hector Maraña sa Philippine Military Academy - isang Premier Military Institution na kilala sa bansa that produces the most brightest and best doctors and soldiers in the country, ayon kay Pangulong Duterte.

Sinayang niya ang tiwala na ipinagkaloob sa kanya ni Pangulong Duterte at ng kanyang mga ka co-workers sa Philippine Military Academy. Hindi niya nagawa ang disiplinahin ang kanyang mga kamay, mga mata, puso at isipan para hindi niya pakialaman ang salapi na hindi naman kanya - the money is for the cadets' allowances. 

Sayang ang katawagang Lt. Col. Hector Maraña - iyon ay bunga ng kanyang pagsisikap na marating niya ang ganuong posisyon at pagkatiwalaan siya ng kanyang pinaglilingkurang institution bilang PMA Comptroller. Ngunit lahat yon ay naglaho kapalit sa halagang PHP15 milyon na kanyang nilustay. Ngayon ang dinumihan niyang puri at dangal ay makakasama niya sa isang sulok ng kulungan from 6 to 12 years, ayon sa order ni Pangulong Duterte.

That was on Tuesday, President Duterte signed the dismissal of former PMA Budget Officer Lt. Col. Hector Maraña during the launching of Go Negosyo "Pilipinas Angat Lahat" program at the Rizal Hall Malacañang Palace sa harap ng 30 government and private corporations. Ayon kay Pangulong Duterte at sa Military Law "Armed forces officials involved in anomaly be prosecuted to the full extent of the Military Law."

Sa aklat ni Habakkuk 2:6-8 says: "Who do you think you are— getting rich by stealing and extortion? How long do you think you can get away with this?’ Indeed, how long before your victims wake up, stand up and make you the victim? You’ve plundered nation after nation. Now you’ll get a taste of your own medicine. All the survivors are out to plunder you, a payback for all your murders and massacres."
